"Delivering our safe and reliable products to our customers" is our credo. For that pourpose, we practice in our daily work quality assurance and product safety activities.
Our Quality Assurance Department regularly verify our quality control methods and whether the data is properly acquired and managed.
We examine, for example, whether instruction manuals, catalogs, advertisements, safety data sheets (SDS), and packaging labels are properly written in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Also, in order to maintain a high quality level of our products, we regularly provide to our employees in charge lectures on quality management methods, statistical methods, and relevant laws and regulations.
We actively promote Responsible Care (RC) programs company-wide. All of our employees participate in RC activities. The Quality Assurance Department plays a leading role of promoting the activities.
Our RC activities have six areas: (1) occupational safety and health, (2) safety and disaster prevention, (3) environmental management, (4) chemical safety, (5) product safety, and (6) quality assurance, and each has achievement goals, such as "no accidents, no disasters", "reduction of global warming gas emissions" and "zero material defects", and so forth.
In order to achieve those goals, our management regularly visit each site of the company to monitor the RC activities and the compliance with numerous relevant laws and regulations, such as Industrial Safety and Health Law, Fire Service Law, Law on the Rational Use of Energy, Law on Promotion of Global Warming Countermeasures, and Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law.
To achieve our sustainable business goals, we are also working as a company to face global challenges such as carbon neutrality and microplastics.
